Miscarriage Resources

I have found resources for miscarriage, but a lot of them, skirt around the issues, offer platitudes and are totally unrealistic.  Very few shed light on the emotional, physical and spiritual cost of experiencing a miscarriage.

You need facts, tangible solutions and  specific steps to to take that will  help me to weather the storm and offer suggestions on what to do when it is particularly bad.

You need to not feel alone.

Below I have listed the resources that I use and find really helpful.

Certificate of Life

Shrine of Holy Innocents
I have received a Certificate of Life for each of my children. It’s comforting to know that people are praying and each name is in their book.  Often our childrens names are not many places so this really brings a smile to my face.  The chapel is in New York and they w rite every child’s name in their Book of Life.

Please note that when I was in the depths of grief I couldn’t read, try books on tape.
